Q: How do you manage quality?
A: We work directly off of the prints and use a multi-step validation process both internally and with our clients. If we see any specific areas that may need to be changed from the original plans, we will contact our clients and discuss options.
Q: Do you guarantee your work?
A: Yes, we offer guarantees on all of our work. The duration varies according the the scope but for most jobs, we will guarantee our work for one year.
Q: Why are some companies cheaper?
A: All of our operators are certified and we guarantee our work. Most of cheaper competitors don’t keep workers on payroll and hire temps to perform the work. We keep our staff on hand to develop and train them to meet our quality standards.
Q: Can you stick to our stringent timeline?
A: We will work with our clients to set a time line that is aggressive and realistic. There are certain things out of our control such as weather or delays from other contractors. However, we have not yet missed a date that we promised to our clients and have always been ahead of the curve.
Q: Will there be any surprises when it comes to billing?
A: No. Some of our contracts are for time and material, which we discuss with our clients before continuing with work. Our fixed price work will not deviate from the agreement unless there are change orders. All change orders must receive approval from our client before we perform the work.
